  • Maintain a daily/weekly target for outreach and follow-ups.

• Product Presentation

  • Clearly explain the features, benefits, and offers of different credit card variants (e.g., cashback, rewards, lounge access).

  • Tailor the pitch as per customer profile (salaried, self-employed, students, etc.).

• Customer Interaction & Relationship Building

  • Build trust with customers through transparent communication.

  • Resolve objections and answer queries related to card charges, usage, credit limits, etc.
