About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on deep research, communication, and precision in data handling. You’ll be instrumental in building a strong lead pipeline through both online research and direct outreach (cold calling), contributing directly to Rentfoxxy’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research target companies and decision-makers across industries

• Generate qualified leads via cold calling and platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, and job boards

• Scrape, collect, and verify accurate contact information

• Ensure the data is organized and formatted in Google Sheets, Airtable, or other internal tools

• Maintain high data accuracy through manual checks when necessary

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to refine targeting criteria and improve lead quality

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in lead generation or sales research

• Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, and job platforms

• Experience using Chrome extensions or web scraping tools for lead sourcing

• Comfortable with cold calling and engaging in professional outreach conversations

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data with accuracy

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Organized, dependable, and proactive in meeting deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience with automation and enrichment tools such as Clay, Phantombuster, or similar

• Background in B2B tech, rental services, or startup environments
