We are seeking dynamic and fluent English-speaking professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, or promote products/services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer queries and complaints via phone calls from international clients.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them through solutions.
Maintain call logs and records of conversations.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines where applicable.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in night shifts or rotational shifts (based on time zones).
Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
Ability to stay calm and empathetic with frustrated or upset customers.
Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Min. 1-3 years in BPO/voice support preferred (freshers with excellent English may apply).
Flexibility to work in international time zones (e.g., US, UK, Australia shifts).
Prior experience in an international BPO/voice process.
Knowledge of CRM tools or call center systems.
Neutral or US/UK accent is an added advantage.
