✅ Make outbound calls or handle inbound queries from international clients/customers
✅ Generate leads, qualify prospects, or upsell/cross-sell products and services
✅ Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions
✅ Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets (calls, leads, sales, or customer satisfaction metrics)
✅ Maintain accurate and detailed call records in the CRM
✅ Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
✅ Collaborate with team members and report updates to the Team Lead/Manager
