Job Title: US Inbound Sales Executive

Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai

Shift Timings: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (fixed CTC)

Incentives: •Huge performance-based incentives up to ₹50,000 per month!•

About the Role:

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic US Inbound Sales team. As a US Inbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers based in the United States, understanding their needs, and effectively selling our products/services to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US customers efficiently and professionally.

• Demonstrate a strong willingness for telesales.

• Actively listen to customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.

• Close sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.

• Neutral accent is essential.

• Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Previous experience in an International BPO (Voice Process) is a significant advantage.
