We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for our voice process team. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for helping customers, we want you on our team.
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries regarding products, services, or accounts.
Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through effective problem-solving.
Update CRM systems and document all interactions accurately.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets (FCR, AHT, SLA).
Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Hindi or regional languages)
1–3 years' experience in customer support / BPO voice process
Strong call handling, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce is a plus
Willing to work in rotational shifts / weekends
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
