International Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.

• Follow up with leads and ensure high conversion rates.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections professionally and resolve queries.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance.

• Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or related field is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:
