Job Summary:
Motortiger is seeking a driven and resourceful International Sales Specialist to expand our global reach in the used auto parts market. This role will be pivotal in identifying and developing new international customer relationships, managing existing accounts, and achieving ambitious sales targets for our inventory of used auto parts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate diverse international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic international sales plans specifically for used auto parts, targeting key regions and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and promote Motortiger's inventory of used auto parts, highlighting quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, ensuring profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and quotation to order fulfillment and after-sales support.
- Collaborate closely with the sourcing, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts.
- Stay up-to-date on international automotive market trends, regulations related to used parts, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
- Participate in relevant international automotive trade shows and online platforms to expand the company's network.
- Ensure compliance with all international trade and shipping regulations for used auto parts.
- Manage international customer accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of proven experience in international sales..
- Strong understanding of used auto parts, their applications, and market value.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding international sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across cultures.
- Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with international trade practices, export/import procedures, and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of ownership.
