International Sales Executive

We are looking for a International Sales Executive to join our team Alibaba. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for growth.

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management & Sales: Making outbound calls, explaining products/services, following up on leads, and closing sales.

• Record Keeping & Target Achievement: Maintaining records of daily calls/responses and meeting weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Customer Service: Handling customer queries and providing effective solutions.

• Lead Generation: Actively generating new leads.
  

Job Requirements:

• Ability to persuade and negotiate.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM tools.

• Being target-driven and result-oriented is essential.

• Prior experience in telesales or customer service is considered a plus.
  

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Night shift (8 PM - 4:30 AM).
