We are looking for a International Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Midaspire Global Services Llp. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. Key Responsibilities – Outbound Calling (US Healthcare Process):

• Make outbound calls to patients, healthcare providers, or insurance companies in the U.S. as per process requirements.

• Follow up on medical claims, appointment confirmations, or billing inquiries.

• Clearly explain healthcare services, billing procedures, or insurance coverage to patients or clients.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all other applicable healthcare regulations and privacy laws.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the system.

• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Handle objections or questions professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

• Collaborate with internal teams (billing, claims, or provider support) to resolve any patient or provider concerns.

• Stay updated on U.S. healthcare terminology, insurance types (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial), and process changes.

• Provide exceptional service with a focus on empathy, accuracy, and professionalism in all interactions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
