We are hiring an International Customer Service Representative for our non-voice process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries from international clients through email and chat support. This role requires excellent written English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. You will be expected to provide timely and accurate information, resolve issues professionally, and maintain customer satisfaction. Strong typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in rotating shifts are essential. Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
