Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and goal-oriented individuals for our International Voice Process team. This is a performance-driven role focused on lead generation and effective communication with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound international voice calls to generate leads.

• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

• Update and manage call records in the CRM system.

• Meet daily and weekly targets set by the management.
  

Skills Required:

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.

• Strong persuasion and communication skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Prior experience in international BPO/lead generation is a plus.
  

Shift Details:

• Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)
