Job Title: Tele Caller – Insurance Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele Caller to join our growing Insurance team. The role involves calling potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, educating them on our offerings (Life, Health, Term, Motor), and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Lead Calling & Conversion

• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to potential leads.

• Educate prospects on insurance products and benefits.

• Schedule meetings with interested clients or complete sales over the phone.

• Convert inquiries into policy sales.

2. Follow-ups

• Maintain timely follow-ups on warm/hot leads.

• Ensure proper documentation is collected and updated.

• Coordinate with field sales/insurance advisors for closures.

3. CRM & Data Entry

• Record all interactions in CRM software.

• Maintain detailed call logs, feedback, and follow-up dates.

• Update client database with accurate information.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain a good relationship with prospects and existing clients.

• Handle objections or queries with confidence and clarity.

5. Target Achievement

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

• Contribute to the overall team sales target.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• Number of Calls Made per Day

• Number of Appointments Scheduled

• Lead Conversion Ratio

• Policy Sales (Monthly)

• Revenue Generated

• Customer Feedback Score

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling/sales experience (preferably in insurance/banking/loans).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in Tamil and basic English (or based on location).

• Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)

• Performance Incentives: Based on monthly sales (unlimited potential)

• Other Perks: PF/ESI (if applicable), Bonus, Festival Incentives

Working Hours:

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon-Sat)

• Sunday Holiday
