Inside Sales Executive

1. Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of sales experience

2.    Education:

•         For freshers: MBA with a specialization in Marketing is required.

•         For candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience: Degree specialization is not mandatory.

3.    Language: Hindi and English (must be fluent in both)

4.    Salary:

•         Upto ₹27,000/month for freshers

•         Upto ₹32,000/month for experienced ones

Final offer based on last salary and interview performance

5.    Working Days & Timings: 6 days/week (Sunday fixed off except last Sunday of the month, with compensatory off)

10:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with students/parents to understand their course needs.

• Suggest them suitable courses based on their needs.

• Talk to people who show interest and convince them to enrol for course.

• Keep in touch with interested people and maintain their records via CRM.

• Collaborate with internal teams for new student onboarding.
