Key Responsibilities:
Event Support: Assist in various aspects of event planning and execution, including logistical coordination, vendor management, and on-site support for B2B conferences, B2C exhibitions, and training programs.
Client Communication: Support in communicating with clients, attendees, and partners to ensure smooth event flow and satisfaction. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential leads, industry trends, and opportunities for new events.
Sales/Business Development Support: Assist the sales team in identifying potential delegates, sponsors, or exhibitors for various events, and support outreach efforts.
Database Management: Maintain and update client and prospect databases accurately.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations. •
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to achieve event objectives.
