We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in bidding and proposal writing to help us acquire international projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour. This role goes beyond traditional sales — it blends strategic communication, client engagement, and business development in the global IT services space.
Identify and bid on potential projects across online platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
Write tailored proposals, cover letters, and client responses that convert leads to projects.
Engage with prospects to understand project needs and offer appropriate IT solutions.
Negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets to close deals successfully.
Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients for repeat business.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver quality service post-project win.
Track competitor activity and industry trends to improve sales strategies.
✅ 2+ years of proven experience in online bidding or proposal writing.
✅ Successful track record on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
✅ Excellent command over English (written & spoken).
✅ Strong understanding of IT services, web and mobile development, or digital solutions.
✅ Effective in client communication, negotiations, and handling objections.
✅ Analytical mindset with the ability to draft clear, customized proposals.
