Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify and qualify sales opportunities.

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively present company products/services.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and CRM updates.

  • Manage and update customer database using CRM software.

  • Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

  • Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns promptly and professionally.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • 6–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
