Responsibilities:
• Should work on India Mart leads related to acoustic products (training will be provided).
• Handle general inquiries from potential clients and customers.
• Explain the features, benefits, and specifications of our acoustic products.
• Provide information on product pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and transfer relevant information to the appropriate sales department for
further action.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of acoustic products or a strong eagerness to learn.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for sales and customer service.
