We are looking for a Full-time Agronomy Sales Executive

Job Specification:

Education: Graduation/B.Sc/M.sc (Agriculture) or BBA or MBA

Experience: 0 to 1 yr

Computer Efficiency: MS Office, Internet surfing

Salary: NO BAR if you have below mentioned all the qualities and as per the final interview.

Job Description:

·         Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers

·         Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, whatsapp and any other media.

·         Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

·         Maintaining very good relationships with new and existing major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.

·         Need to do regular and effective follow-ups with Old & repeated Customer.

·         Time to time answer farmer Queries over the call on a regular basis.

·         Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

·         Have to check order status of your customer for giving them updates and taking necessary actions if required.

·         Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers

·         Have to prepare crop schedules

·         Advising farmers on how to improve their crop yields

·         Technical support and guidance to sales staff for cross-sales of product

Skills Required

·         Achieve targeted sales at any cost.

·         Good Communication skills in verbal and on social media platforms.

·         Strong listening and then understanding skills for conversation with customers.

·         Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasker, prioritize routine work.

·         The skills to work both independently and as part of a team

·         Good to sort out Direct Inquiries

·         Has a good knowledge of major pests, diseases, deficiencies, and toxicity affecting the key crops.
