🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their holiday needs and preferences.

• Design customized itineraries and travel packages (domestic & international).

• Handle bookings of flights, hotels, tours, and transport.

• Generate leads through social media, referrals, cold calling, walk-ins, and WhatsApp marketing.

• Follow up with new and existing inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain excellent product knowledge (destinations, visa, packages, etc.).

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal operations team for smooth delivery of services.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel.

• Maintain accurate customer data and booking records using CRM tools.

• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

🧠 Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi must; Gujarati/Marathi is a plus).

• Excellent sales skills with the ability to generate and convert leads.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and travel platforms.

• Social media savvy (preferred for lead generation).

• Passion for travel, sales, and customer service.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
