Education Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Education Counsellor to guide students through their educational journey. The ideal candidate will assist students in making informed decisions about courses, universities, entrance exams, and career paths, ensuring a smooth transition to their desired academic goals.
Follow up with leads via phone, email, or in-person to convert inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents.

• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and aspirations to suggest suitable courses and institutions (domestic

• Maintain and update student databases and provide regular reports to management.

• Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, career fairs, and promotional events.

• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance the counselling experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in educational counselling or a similar role (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of admission processes for universities (India and/or abroad).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with CRM software or student management systems is a plus.
