Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the roles of Customer Advisor

and Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the automobile sales industry. If you have a passion

for sales, excellent communication skills, and enjoy helping customers find the right vehicle or

Customer Advisor Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or through calls

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles or services

- Explain product features, offers, pricing, and financing options

- Assist with documentation and follow-up until sale closure

- Maintain daily records of customer interactions and sales

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Team Leader Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Advisors to achieve sales targets

- Monitor team performance and provide regular training/coaching

- Allocate leads and manage daily sales operations

- Handle escalated customer issues professionally

- Prepare performance reports and update management

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or customer service preferred (Automobile industry a plus

- Freshers with strong communication and interest in sales may apply for Customer Advisor roles

- Leadership experience required for Team Leader roles

- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills

- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping ability

- Fluency in English and regional languages is a plus

- Willingness to work from Mahadevpura location
