Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist customers with product related issues.
Answer Phone to respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot for any technical issues
Assist customers with installation / uninstall of our product & software.
Assist customers with product configuration, error messages or common issues
Project a professional company image through phone interaction
Provide customers with product and service information
Transfer the customer appropriate department if required
Escalate the customer's concern to the next level if required
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Looking for both G/PG .(in any discipline).
Candidates with/without experience in Customer support/ Technical Support can apply.
The Candidate should be comfortable for the night shifts.
