We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Sales Executive to bring their Hospitality, Travel & Tourism expertise to our team at [Thomas cook] in Mumbai, Lower Parel East. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹25000 - ₹26000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.Job Requirements:The candidate should bring 1-6+ years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in any language.
