Experience

Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt conversations based on client needs.

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or healthcare consulting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, leveraging leads generated from social media campaigns and other digital channels.

Engage in thoughtful conversations to understand each client's specific hair-related concerns, including the duration and onset of their issues.

Accurately capture client details and insights into our CRM system, ensuring seamless scheduling of complimentary consultations.

Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up to maximize conversion opportunities and build trust with potential clients.

Confidently address queries or concerns, and handle objections with professionalism and empathy.
