Customer Relationship Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:

   • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

   • Set clear sales goals and monitor team performance.

   • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives.

2. Strategic Sales Planning:

   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

   • Analyse sales data to identify market trends and areas for improvement.

   • Forecast sales and develop annual sales budgets.

3. Client Management:

   • Build and maintain relationships with key clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

   • Assist the sales team in managing high-value client accounts and negotiations.

4. Target Achievement:

   • Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets.

   • Motivate the team to consistently achieve performance benchmarks.

5. Market Research:

   • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

   • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales campaigns and promotional efforts.

6. Operational Coordination:

   • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.

   • Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
