We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive (CSE) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of the company, helping us maintain strong relationships with our valued customers and ensuring they stay connected to our services.
• Proactively reach out to existing customers for subscription renewals and service reminders
• Build and maintain positive relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively in regional languages to assist and resolve customer queries
• Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups for smooth service tracking
• Fluency in: Marathi, Telugu, Bengali, and Punjabi
• Basic understanding of English is essential for internal coordination
• Minimum qualification: 12th grade (HSC or equivalent)
• Prior experience of at least 6 months in customer service or tele-calling
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
