Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as B2B Sales Lead Generation Executives. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation or sales, along with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Generate leads for potential B2B clients

·       Initiate outbound calls/emails to prospective businesses

·       Identify decision-makers and set up appointments for the sales team

·       Maintain and update the database with accurate information

·       Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation

·       Collaborate with internal teams to support overall sales strategy

Requirements:

·       HSC or Graduate (Any stream)

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation or sales (preferred)

·       Good communication skills

Shift Details:

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM

For Female Candidates: Shift ends by 9:00 PM

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 in hand (Based on experience and last drawn salary)

Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai.
