This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹20000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.Key Responsibilities:Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.Job Requirements:The candidate should bring 0-0.5 years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi, Kannada. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12th Pass is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Flexible shift.
