We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Female Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling credit card products over the phone to potential customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote credit card products.

• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility to prospective clients.

• Handle customer queries effectively and provide accurate information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.

• Follow compliance and quality standards in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)

• Experience: 0 – 2 years in Tele Sales / Customer Service / Banking (Freshers welcome)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English preferred)

• Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
