About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our growing team in Bangalore. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in driving sales, building customer loyalty, and representing our brand professionally across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and addressing their needs.

Handle customer inquiries and deliver tailored product/service solutions.

Proactively promote the company’s products and services via phone, email, and other channels.

Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.

Accurately log customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Adapt to rotational shifts and rotating weekly offs as per company schedule.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

Experience: 3–6 months of experience in telesales or customer service preferred.

Languages:

Mandatory: Fluent in English and Hindi

Plus One: Tamil or Telugu

Work Schedule:

Working Days: 6 days a week
