Call Center Executive

Your key goals and responsibilities:

 Take care of inbound / outbound calls to take up insurance sales (motor / health) through telecalling set-up.

 Call potential customers based on leads/ database assigned to assistsales of insurance products as a broking set up.

 Understand and learn products of different insurers to pitch the right product as per customer need and use.

 Develop and sustain effective customer relations to be able to cross-sell & upsell.

 Using sales scripts given by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections /queries.

 Continuously meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Your key qualifications & competencies:

 Graduate in any field. In case of undergraduate,should have substantial insurance experience.

 Experience in call centre sales - outbound, is a must have.

 Experience in life / general insurance companies is good to have.

 Good written and telephonic communication skills.
