About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, as well as recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents specializing in motor insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.

Identify and address client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

Proactively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Agent Recruitment and Management:

Recruit and onboard new insurance agents specializing in motor insurance.

Provide ongoing training and support to agents to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Monitor and evaluate agent performance, setting clear goals and targets.

Motivate and inspire agents to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of productivity.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and agent performance.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client satisfaction, and agent productivity.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong understanding of the motor insurance industry and its products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
