Business Development Manager

Location: Raipur
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2.5-3 years in the sales/event industry preferred
Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 (Based on experience and performance)
Work Days: 6 days a week (Alternate Saturdays off)
Work Mode: On-site (Fieldwork involved)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.

• Meet clients to understand their event requirements and pitch customized solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure successful event delivery.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Research market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

• Represent the company at networking and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (events industry preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluency in Hindi and English).

• Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-ground event execution.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
