We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to bring their Stock Market / Mutual Funds expertise to our team at A J Investment Services in Mumbai, 4 Bunglows. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹20000 - ₹40000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.
- Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
- Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
- Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.
- Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should bring 1 - 6+ years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in any language. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A 12th Pass is required, with a commitment to working 5 days working during the Day shift.इतर details
