Business Development Manager (BDM)

Catalyst Education is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager ( Sales )to drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies and partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and networking.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

4. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products/services and increase brand visibility.

5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to drive business outcomes.

7. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve ROI targets.

Requirements:

1. Proven business development experience in marketing or a related field.

2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and techniques.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

6. Strong knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
