We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales and outreach for our SAP certification courses (SAP HR, FICO, HCM, MM) by connecting with colleges and educational institutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Visit various colleges and institutions to promote SAP training programs.

• Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells and department heads.

• Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and career talks for students.

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert student interest into course enrollment.

• Collaborate with the telecalling and counselling teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.

• Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets and reporting metrics.

🔹 Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3 -8 years of experience in education sales, campus outreach, or similar field roles.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong networking ability and confidence in engaging with college authorities and students.

• Self-motivated, with a result-driven attitude.

• Basic understanding of SAP courses is a plus (training will be provided).
