Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound calls/emails
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Pitch products/services to clients in a persuasive and professional manner
Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities
Follow up with clients and maintain strong post-sales relationships
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management
Meet weekly/monthly targets and KPIs set by the sales team
Maintain updated knowledge of the company’s products and services
Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to enhance customer engagement

6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in client interaction and presentations
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus
