Roles and Responsibilities: Business Development Executive

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote the company’s products and services.

  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or demonstrations for the sales team.

  • Consistently update and maintain customer feedback details in the system.

  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails to convert them into business opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed d weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and support.

  • Effectively handle objections, questions, and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and improve outreach efforts.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, company products/services, and competitor offerings to provide informed responses to clients.

Job Type: Full-time (at Office)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
