Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Education Counselor to join our team at STAD Solution, a leading institute for Manual and Automation Testing training. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through course offerings, helping them make informed decisions, and managing the end-to-end admission process.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel walk-in and online inquiries regarding training courses (Manual Testing, Automation Testing, etc.)

• Understand students' career goals and provide appropriate guidance and course recommendations

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp for admissions

• Maintain a record of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions

• Conduct campus tours and explain training facilities, tools, and success stories

• Convert potential leads into enrollments through effective counseling and relationship-building

• Coordinate with the HR team regarding placement assistance for enrolled students

• Support in marketing campaigns and education fairs when required

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: BBA, BCA, BA, B.Com)

• 0–2 years of experience in counseling, telesales, or student support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command over English, Hindi, and Gujarati

• Confident, target-oriented, and passionate about student development

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM familiarity is a plus)
