Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential customers (students & parents) via calls and meetings.

• Pitch Arivihan’s online learning solutions and products.

• Explain product features and benefits effectively to drive enrollments.

• Handle objections and queries in a convincing and professional manner.

• Meet sales targets and generate revenue for the company.

• Maintain daily records of interactions and sales leads.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in sales and persuasion.

• Good understanding of EdTech products is a plus.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Eligibility:

• Any graduate (Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales experience preferred).

• Prior EdTech sales experience will be an added advantage.
