Role Overview:

As an Admission Officer, you will be responsible for driving student enrolments and supporting applicants through the admissions lifecycle, from inquiry to onboarding. You will play a key role in understanding learner needs, pitching suitable programs, and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails to drive student enrolments

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs

Guide applicants through course selection, documentation, and deadlines

Achieve individual and team admission targets

Deliver counselling sessions to students and their families

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up protocols

Requirements:

Proven experience in admissions, counselling, or educational sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets

Prior CRM usage experience preferred

Must be fluent in English and Hindi
