As a Senior Business Development Associate (Sr.BDA) at Finversity, you will be at the forefront of our growth journey—helping learners discover the right financial courses and enabling them to take confident steps toward financial independence. You’ll engage with leads, understand their needs, and drive enrollments through consultative, value-driven sales conversations.
This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in fast-paced environments, love helping people grow, and have a flair for sales with purpose.
Engage with prospective learners via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their goals, interests, and financial learning needs.
Recommend suitable financial education programs (B2C & B2B offerings) through a consultative approach.
Convert qualified leads generated by the marketing team into paid enrollments.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates and revenue growth.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Provide insights on lead quality and market trends to the marketing team.
Keep detailed records of lead interactions and sales activity in CRM tools.
Uphold strong knowledge of Finversity’s course offerings and value propositions.
More than 1 year of B2C sales experience, preferably in EdTech, Financial Services, or Online Education.
Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative, empathetic approach to selling.
Fluent in English and at least 2 regional languages (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, or Hindi).
Comfortable in a target-driven and fast-paced work environment.
Passion for financial education and learner success.
Basic understanding of financial topics like mutual funds, stocks, budgeting, or insurance is a plus.
