We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Bhash Software Labs. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹22000 - ₹30000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify leads.

  • Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or services.

  • Schedule appointments or product demos for field sales representatives.

    Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience using CRM tools

  • Good understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email outreach tools.
