Business Advisor

We are hiring a Tele calling Sales / Business Consultant to interact with prospective business clients, explain our services, generate leads, and assist the consulting team in client engagement. This is a professional role focused on informative communication and lead coordination. It is not a pressure-based or hard sales profile. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹8000 - ₹16500.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to MSMEs, startups, and manufacturing units

• Present our services in business certification, compliance, and government subsidy schemes

• Assess client needs and coordinate appointments with in-house consultants

• Maintain lead records and update follow-up status regularly

• Share proposals, service brochures, and other documents via email or WhatsApp

• Follow up with interested clients and assist in onboarding

• Support basic documentation and data entry when required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (BBA/B.Com preferred)

• 0 to 2 years of experience in tele calling, sales coordination, or client servicing

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English

• Familiarity with MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp-based communication

• Confident, proactive, and willing to learn consulting services

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Salary Details:

• Annual CTC: ₹96,000 – ₹1,80,000

• Additional incentives for performance

• Fixed Day Shift: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

• Weekly Off: Sunday
