Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships

● Handling inbound or outbound calls and / or email
ls
● Knowledge of TAT, compliance, ticketing systems, CSAT.
● Working on short SLA and clearing backlogs.
● Should be familiar with Customer Empathy, customer service.
● Ensure no errors occurred while assisting customers
● Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
