Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service. Answer questions about products or the company. Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary. Handle customer objections and resolve any complaints or concerns. Maintain and update customer database accurately.Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
