BPO Telesales

We need a B2C Telesales Executive, or Inside Sales Executive Tele Caller, is responsible for generating leads and closing sales directly with individual consumers over the phone. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting products or services, addressing queries, and following up to secure sales. Effective B2C telesales requires strong communication, customer service, and sales skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Making a high volume of calls to potential customers to introduce products or services. 

• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers based on their needs and interests. 

• Product/Service Presentation: Clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to customers. 

• Customer Engagement: Building rapport with customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and handling objections. 

• Sales Closure: Guiding customers through the sales process and closing deals effectively. 

• Follow-up: Maintaining contact with potential customers to nurture leads and encourage conversions. 

• Database Management: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. 

• Meeting Targets: Achieving individual and team sales targets and goals. 

• Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product information and industry trends.
