Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic and persuasive individuals for the role of Sales Executive in our Domestic Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch relevant products/services.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Maintain proper call records and update the CRM system.

• Follow up with interested customers for closures.

• Handle objections professionally and convert them into opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred:

• Experience in any voice process or telesales will be an advantage.

• Local language proficiency is a plus.
