• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 0 - 0.5 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in any language. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed.
